Doula'ing is what we do- and we like super love it.
We are your very own professionally trained birth assistant. We provide expecting families with all the emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum time period.
AKA: we're your new best friends.
We also help families prepare to welcome their baby by providing them with tons of information and resources to plan for their birth.
During labor, as your doula we will provide non-medical assistance including comfort measures, pain relieving techniques, recommended labor positions, advice to help labor progress more quickly and easily, help with decision making, and help give partners suggestions on how to be involved.

BIRTH DOULA SERVICES
Our partnership is simple, we work together to support our clients and meet their needs. We have combined our passions and education to give you the best resources and support. When you hire us, you will be getting a Primary and Secondary Doula. You will have access to both doulas throughout your pregnancy. Your Primary Doula will be the one on call for your birth. The Secondary Doula will be available for backup support if it is needed.
For families who want a more personal experience, a solo doula might be the best option for you.

Basic Birth Package
- 1st Prenatal Meeting (virtual) to explore birth preferences/options, partner support, & Q&A
- 2nd Prenatal Meeting (in-person or virtual) to finalize birth desires, coping techmiques, discuss postpartum plan & basic newborn care, & Q&A
- Unlimeted virtual (phone, text, email) support throughout pregnancy
- 24/7 on-call availability from 38 weeks through birth
- Continuous labor & birth support in your chosen birth space, starting in active labor
- 1-2 hours immediately after birth to help you settle in with your newborn & help with latching
- 1 hour in-person Post Birth Meeting- includes educational needs, birth debrief, and lactation support if needed
- Availible via text/email/phone for 6 weeks postpartum for follow up questions
- Referral services as needed
- 20% Discount on Preparing for Birth Childbirth Class
Additional nominal travel fee if your home or place of birth is more than 30 miles from me
