The theme is Doulas Make a Difference.

From the time of conception through early postpartum there are always a ton of questions that come up. Friends and family try their best to share what worked for them and providers can give you answers for all things medical. A Doula fills in those gaps.

I like to think of myself as your “Birth Bestie”!

Labor & Birth Doula

A Doula supports you and your partner throughout your pregnancy through your early postpartum stage. Doulas are great when it comes to helping your stick to your birth plan. They help you relax and give you the confidence and tools you need throughout labor to help you have the most enjoyable birth experience no matter the outcome. They know all the little tips and tricks to guide you through the labor and birth process.

Everyone has different reasons why they LOVE their Doula, this is because each birth experience is so unique. When you hire a Doula you will create a strong bond that will last a lifetime. Postpartum Doula

When you hire a postpartum Doula, it is like hiring a bestie that does everything from letting your rest, prepping meals, light housekeeping, taking care of your baby, and most important…making sure you are healing and bonding with your little one. (Check out my Postpartum Packages!)

Every time a witness a birth I am reminded of the reason why I love what I do so much. Every birth is so unique and for lack of a better word…. magical. There is nothing like witnessing a baby being born. Yes, labor is hard, but women are strong! I know that birth can be scary, but that is why it is essential to hire a Doula so that they can walk you through the scary parts and ease those fears.

I have been honored to work with some amazing families throughout my years of being a doula and I consider all of them my friends and family.
